The service
Ordneo provides an AI-assisted CRM for small businesses: inquiry intake, AI-drafted replies you approve before sending, a client pipeline, and related tools. AI drafts are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent to your clients.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You retain ownership of all content and client data you add; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (storage, processing for AI drafting, sending approved emails).
Acceptable use
No spam, unlawful content, or use of the service to deceive. Emails sent through Ordneo must comply with applicable law (including CAN-SPAM/GDPR as relevant to your clients). We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or offered explicitly.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordneo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
