Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (your email and business details you provide during setup), the business content you add (services, pricing, email samples used to personalize your AI), and inquiries submitted to your public inquiry page (the sender's name, email, and message). We collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To provide the service: storing your CRM data, generating AI reply drafts from your business profile, sending emails you explicitly approve, and showing you usage metrics. AI drafting is processed by third-party AI providers under contractual data protections; your data is not used to train their models. We never sell your data or your clients' data.

Your clients' data

Inquiries submitted to your inquiry page belong to you. We process them solely to provide your CRM. Each business's data is isolated — no other Ordneo customer can access it.

Storage & security

Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL, encrypted at rest, row-level security enforced) and hosted on Vercel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Deletion removes your tenant, leads, and business profile permanently within 30 days.
